Located in Mexico, MO, the Residential Treatment Program is dedicated to supporting teens aged 13 to 17 through a personalized approach that emphasizes independence, respect, and personal responsibility. Our mission is to facilitate the successful reintegration of youth into their communities by providing a comprehensive range of services including psychiatric treatment and medication management, individual, group, and family therapy, medical and dental care, and educational and recreational therapy. We also focus on daily living and social skills development, work-study opportunities, and tailored treatment plans, along with dietician consultations to ensure holistic well-being. As a state facility, we strive to serve children with limited resources, offering a sliding scale fee structure based on family income to ensure that mental health care is accessible to all Missourians.
