At the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Monett, MO, we are dedicated to empowering individuals who are passionate about building a just and sustainable food system. Our fellowship program offers comprehensive training in organic food systems, enabling participants to become effective advocates and educators. Selected Fellows engage in a six-month immersive experience at our Allegheny Farm Campus, where they learn to grow diverse crops, implement community gardens, and enhance food literacy through educational initiatives. Our mission includes making this valuable education accessible, which is why we do not charge tuition. Through hands-on practice and collaboration with local non-profits, Fellows will participate in vital community food efforts, support farmers' markets, and develop innovative distribution channels to increase access to nutritious food.
