MOVE! Weight Management Program in O'Fallon, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and referred to tailored weight management services that meet their unique needs and preferences. We offer a range of options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, the innovative TeleMOVE! in-home messaging system, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-directed weight management. Additionally, for Veterans who face ongoing challenges with weight-related issues, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery as necessary.
