Over the course of 12 months, participants engage with essential resources, including six e-booklets tailored to various topics relevant to their journey after diagnosis, as well as a monthly e-newsletter featuring seasonal tips and important community events, available in both English and Spanish. To further enhance their learning experience, enrollees who provide their phone numbers gain access to an invite-only monthly Q&A session with diabetes experts from the American Diabetes Association.
