The Meal Support Program in Pacific, MO, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 at the outpatient level of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals that foster a safe and supportive environment for participants to consume nutrition together. With meal support sessions held four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can easily integrate this essential support into their schedules. Each session is guided by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring that participants receive compassionate and informed assistance on their journey to recovery. While our program is focused on meal support, we encourage those in need of crisis intervention to reach out to appropriate emergency services.
