MOVE! Weight Management Program in Pleasant Hill, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity and to connect them with tailored weight management services that cater to their individual needs. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management. For those who find traditional methods insufficient, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
