At the Community Connections Youth Project (CCYP) in Poplar Bluff, MO, we empower older foster youth to successfully transition into adulthood with the comprehensive support they deserve. Our mission is to alleviate the challenges faced by these young individuals by providing a robust range of essential services, including employment assistance, social support, educational guidance, and access to a food pantry and clothing closet. We understand the complexities of navigating adulthood, and we are dedicated to helping youth find physical and mental health resources, secure a driver's license, and complete HUD applications.
