Located in Rolla, MO, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually and connect them with tailored weight management solutions. We offer a range of options including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows Veterans to receive support from home. For those who prefer a self-guided approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges after engaging with MOVE!.
