MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Saint Joseph, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through focused weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen all Veterans at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that meet their individual needs. We offer a variety of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-guided weight management. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring the MOVE! program.
