The Meal Support Program in Sainte Genevieve, MO, is dedicated to providing compassionate, informed meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Through our virtual drop-in group meals, we create a supportive and safe environment where participants can share meals and experience crucial nutritional guidance. Our program offers four daily meal support sessions, led by skilled nutrition practitioners currently training for their CNS certification, ensuring that every participant receives the care and understanding they deserve. Once approved, individuals are welcome to join as many sessions as they wish, allowing flexibility that fits their unique schedules.
