MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in Sainte Genevieve, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to provide tailored support by screening every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity and connecting them to appropriate weight management resources. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! service for in-home support. For those who prefer more autonomy, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to help Veterans track their journey. Additionally, for those facing persistent challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
