Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Salem, MO

About Meal Support Program

Located in Salem, MO, the Meal Support Program through Project HEAL provides essential meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers a compassionate and structured environment through live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals that occur four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner sessions. Attendees can partake in as many sessions as their schedule allows, ensuring each participant receives the nutritional support they need along with guidance from trained nutrition practitioners who are striving for their Clinical Nutrition Specialist certification. While we focus on meal support, please remember that this program is not designed for urgent care or crisis intervention; for those in immediate need, we encourage reaching out to crisis services. We aim to create a safe space that fosters recovery and connection through shared meals.
