MOVE! Weight Management Program in Salem, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support Veterans in achieving their weight management goals by conducting annual obesity screenings at VA facilities and providing personalized referrals to appropriate weight management services. We understand that every Veteran's journey is unique, which is why we offer a range of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home support. Our MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers those who prefer to manage their weight independently, while we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need additional assistance after engaging with our program.
