Situated in Smithville, MO, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing compassionate and practical meal assistance for individuals over 16 who are navigating eating disorder recovery at an outpatient level. Our program hosts daily virtual group meal sessions that are thoughtfully designed to create a supportive and safe environment for those seeking to establish healthier eating habits. Participants can join our meal support times, available four times a day, to connect with fellow attendees and nutrition practitioners who are in training for their CNS certification. While we focus on meal support, we encourage those in need of urgent care or crisis support to reach out to appropriate services.
