MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Sullivan, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity on an annual basis and to connect them with personalized weight management services tailored to their unique preferences and needs. We offer a variety of care options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which enables in-home messaging and clinician support. Veterans who prefer self-management can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app, while those facing ongoing challenges can access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring our program.
