The Breastfeeding Support Group in Byram, MS, is dedicated to nurturing and empowering mothers through their breastfeeding journey. Led by experienced La Leche League leaders, our gatherings foster a welcoming environment where both new and experienced mothers can share their stories, exchange practical suggestions, and provide each other with much-needed encouragement. Our program covers essential topics including the benefits of breastfeeding, transitioning home with baby, overcoming common challenges, and nutrition as well as weaning. While in-person meetings are currently suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to offer support and explore alternative meeting options. We invite all expectant and new mothers to join our community, where they can find guidance and camaraderie in their breastfeeding experience.
