MOVE! Weight Management Program in Carthage, MS, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to proactively screen every Veteran who utilizes VA facilities for obesity and to provide tailored support that aligns with their personal needs and preferences. MOVE! offers a range of resources including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for convenient in-home messaging and clinician support. Veterans can also leverage the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided management, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options for those facing ongoing weight-related challenges.
