In the heart of Columbia, MS, the Breastfeeding Support Group is dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment where mothers can share their experiences and receive encouragement. Led by knowledgeable La Leche League Leaders, our meetings are designed for expectant, new, and experienced mothers, offering a welcoming space for mother-to-mother support. We focus on essential topics, including the benefits of breastfeeding, preparing to bring baby home, navigating challenges, and nutrition for both mother and child. While in-person gatherings are currently on hold due to COVID-19, we remain committed to supporting local mothers through alternative meeting options and provide valuable nutrition education.
