Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Columbus, MS

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Columbus, MS, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a welcoming environment where participants can join live, virtual drop-in group meals, enhancing their nutritional intake with the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program. With meals available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, individuals have the flexibility to attend based on their schedules and needs. We aim to foster a safe space that prioritizes both nourishment and emotional support, assisting those in their journey toward recovery. Please note that our program is designed for those seeking meal support and is not a substitute for crisis services. For immediate assistance, we recommend reaching out to crisis support services.
