The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Corinth, MS, is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of advocates for a fair and sustainable food system. Our program empowers and trains Fellows through hands-on experiences in organic farming and community engagement, promoting social, environmental, and economic justice. Fellows benefit from a tuition-free education that encourages accessibility to all. During their six-month immersive experience at our Allegheny Farm Campus, participants gain practical skills in diversified crop production, food literacy, and innovative health education. They also collaborate with local non-profits to develop gardens, support farmers markets, and enhance access to healthy food. After their fellowship, they embark on a Community Action Year, continuing their mission of creating impactful food-related initiatives in partnership with various community organizations across the region. Applications are accepted until March each year, with the program running from May to October.
