The Meal Support Program in Crystal Springs, MS, is dedicated to providing compassionate, meal support tailored for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. We offer a safe and inclusive environment through our live, virtual drop-in group meals that take place four times daily, allowing participants to join lunch or dinner sessions as their schedule permits. Each meal support session is facilitated by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively pursuing their Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certification. While our program focuses on nutritional support and fostering community, please note that it is not designed for urgent or crisis situations.
