MOVE! Weight Management Program in Diamondhead, MS, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through individualized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected with tailored weight management solutions. We offer a range of options including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home messaging and access to clinicians as needed. Veterans can also benefit from the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, as well as access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges.
