The Breastfeeding Support Group in Forest, MS, is dedicated to empowering mothers through shared experiences and valuable insights in a supportive, welcoming environment. Our group meetings allow expectant, new, and experienced mothers to connect and learn from each other while receiving guidance from La Leche League Leaders. We cover essential topics such as the benefits of breastfeeding, nutrition education, addressing common challenges, and transitioning to weaning, creating a nurturing space for mothers and their babies. While in-person gatherings are currently suspended due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we encourage mothers to reach out to their local leaders for alternative support options and resources as they navigate their breastfeeding journey.
