MOVE! Weight Management Program in Forest, MS, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by screening them annually for obesity and connecting them to personalized weight management services tailored to individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those preferring self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may need additional support after participating in MOVE!.
