MOVE! Weight Management Program in Fulton, MS, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and guided towards effective weight management options tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of supportive services, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. Veterans can also benefit from our MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, as well as access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to struggle despite our program.
