The Breastfeeding Support Group in Gulfport, MS, is dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment where expectant, new, and experienced mothers can come together to share their breastfeeding journeys. Led by La Leche League Leaders, our gatherings focus on support, nutrition education, and the exchange of experiences among mothers. In our friendly atmosphere, we discuss key topics such as the benefits of breastfeeding, bringing your baby home, navigating challenges, and nutrition and weaning. While in-person meetings are currently suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we encourage mothers to reach out to local leaders for support and explore alternative meeting options. Together, we strive to empower each mother on her unique breastfeeding path in a nurturing community.
