MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Horn Lake, MS, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity each year and guide them to personalized weight management solutions that cater to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options, including supportive group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the TeleMOVE! program that allows for convenient in-home assistance. For those who prefer to manage their weight independently, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app. Additionally, for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we offer medical treatments and access to bariatric surgery, ensuring every individual has the resources they need to succeed.
