The Meal Support Program, located in Horn Lake, MS, provides compassionate and structured meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals that create a nurturing environment for participants to consume nutritious meals together while receiving encouragement and guidance. With sessions available four times daily for both lunch and dinner, individuals can choose to attend as frequently as their schedules allow. Each session is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring that participants receive informed support. We are committed to fostering a community where healing through nutrition is prioritized, recognizing that this journey is best undertaken with care and connection.
