Community Kitchen in Jackson, MS, is dedicated to providing nourishment and support to our community by serving hot lunches to as many as 200 individuals every day of the year. Our warm and welcoming environment is made possible thanks to the efforts of our compassionate volunteers, who assist our talented kitchen staff during the week and independently purchase, prepare, and serve meals on weekends. We invite everyone in need to join us Monday through Saturday at 12:00 PM and Sundays at 1:00 PM for nutritious meals provided with care and urgency. At Community Kitchen, we believe that access to emergency food is essential in fostering a healthy community, and we are here to serve those seeking assistance.
