Project HEAL Lexington, MS

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Lexington, MS, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals over 16 who are in outpatient recovery from eating disorders. Our program offers daily virtual group meals, creating a safe and understanding environment for participants to engage in nutrition with the support of trained facilitators. With session times available four times a day for both lunch and dinner, individuals can choose to attend as many sessions as they need to fit their schedules. Our meal support is facilitated by nutrition practitioners who are part of the Clinician’s Incubator training program, all working towards their CNS certification. While we offer a compassionate space for meal support, please note that this program is not intended for urgent care or crisis intervention. For immediate crisis assistance, we encourage reaching out to the appropriate services.
