The center's philosophy centers on providing comprehensive care through a blend of 12-Step principles and evidence-based therapies in programs lasting 30, 60, or 90 days. Each client's journey begins with a thorough physical and psychological evaluation, with on-site detoxification services available when needed. The treatment approach includes required weekly individual and group therapy sessions utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and specialized dual diagnosis care. Clients also receive medication management, nutritional guidance, mentorship, life skills training, psychoeducation, and anger resolution therapy. Many staff members have personal recovery experience, bringing valuable insight and empathy to their work with clients.
