The Breastfeeding Support Group in Meridian, MS, is dedicated to nurturing the breastfeeding journey of mothers and their babies through a warm and welcoming environment. Our group meetings, led by experienced La Leche League Leaders and fellow mothers, foster a supportive community where expectant, new, and seasoned mothers can share their experiences and receive valuable suggestions. Each gathering covers essential topics such as the benefits of breastfeeding, preparing for baby’s arrival, overcoming challenges, and nutrition and weaning, offering both practical help and encouragement. Although in-person meetings are currently suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are committed to providing ongoing support and alternative meeting options.
