Located in Natchez, MS, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management services. Our mission is to identify and support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities in managing obesity, offering a range of tailored options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer an independent approach, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app. Additionally, we facilitate access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have not achieved the desired results through our program.
