MOVE! Weight Management Program in Nettleton, MS, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to tailored weight management services that meet their unique needs. We offer a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have faced challenges with weight-related issues despite previous participation in MOVE!.
