Designed to empower participants, this program offers six informative e-booklets that cover essential topics tailored to their needs, along with a monthly e-newsletter featuring seasonal tips and local community events available in both English and Spanish. Participants who provide their phone number can also join our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can pose diabetes-related questions directly to ADA experts, connect with others online or by phone, and learn about the important relationship between diabetes and heart health.
