The Meal Support Program in Olive Branch, MS, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient level of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, creating a safe and supportive environment where participants can focus on nutrition while receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners. We host meal support sessions four times daily, twice for lunch and twice for dinner, allowing individuals the flexibility to join as per their schedules. Our facilitators are in training to become Certified Nutrition Specialists, ensuring that attendees receive informed and compassionate support. While we aim to create a nurturing space for recovery, it is important to note that our program is not crisis support.
