MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans in Pass Christian, MS, by providing comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and to connect them with tailored weight management options that align with their individual needs. We offer a range of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize our MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, or explore additional treatments such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery if needed. To learn more about participating in our program, Veterans are encouraged to speak with their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider, who can guide them in taking the first steps toward achieving their weight management goals.
