The Breastfeeding Support Group in Petal, MS, is dedicated to empowering mothers through shared experiences and nurturing support. Our La Leche League Leaders and fellow moms come together in a welcoming environment to provide encouragement and practical advice for expectant and new mothers, as well as those who are breastfeeding beyond infancy. We cover essential topics such as the benefits of breastfeeding, preparing to bring your baby home, overcoming common challenges, and nutrition for both mother and child. While in-person meetings are currently on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we encourage mothers to reach out for support and learn about alternative meeting options to connect with our community. Our mission is to foster a caring network where mothers can find the guidance and camaraderie they need along their breastfeeding journey.
