Located in Pontotoc, MS, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, virtual drop-in group meals that foster a nurturing environment for participants to enjoy nutrition with essential support. Offered four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, participant access is flexible to fit varying schedules. Each meal support session is guided by nutrition practitioners enrolled in the Clinician’s Incubator training program, progressing towards their CNS certification. While our program focuses on meal support, please note that it does not serve as a crisis intervention resource.
