Located in Ridgeland, MS, the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship is dedicated to training and empowering the next generation of leaders in sustainable food systems. Our program offers comprehensive education that emphasizes social, environmental, and economic justice within food production. Through our fully funded Fellowship, participants engage in hands-on experiences, learning to grow and distribute diverse crops on market-style farms, implement innovative health initiatives in communities, and maintain vibrant school and community gardens. Our Fellows also play a crucial role in enhancing food literacy among students, supporting local farmers' markets, and developing strategies to expand access to healthy foods. After completing a transformative six-month residency at our campus, Fellows embark on a Community Action Year, applying their skills in collaboration with regional non-profits.
