The Meal Support Program in Ridgeland, MS, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals, creating a supportive and safe environment where participants can consume nutritious meals while receiving encouragement from peers and trained facilitators. With four scheduled meal support sessions every day, including lunch and dinner options, participants have the flexibility to join as their schedules allow. Our sessions are led by nutrition practitioners who are part of the Clinician’s Incubator training program, working toward their CNS certification.
