The Meal Support Program in Saltillo, MS, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are at the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a compassionate and structured environment where participants can engage in live, facilitated virtual group meals that promote nutrition and emotional support. With four meal support sessions daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—participants can choose a schedule that fits their needs, allowing them to attend as often as necessary. Each session is led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are actively pursuing their CNS certification.
