Based in Saucier, MS, the Meal Support Program provides free, accessible meal support designed specifically for individuals over 16 who are navigating eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in sessions create a welcoming space where participants can eat together under the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners. Offering four meal support times daily, including two for lunch and two for dinner, participants have the flexibility to join as often as needed to fit their schedules. Our approach is grounded in compassion and understanding, ensuring that every individual feels supported throughout their recovery journey. While we focus on meal support rather than crisis intervention, we encourage those in need of immediate help to reach out to appropriate crisis resources.
