The Breastfeeding Support Group in Southaven, MS, fosters a nurturing environment where mothers—both new and experienced—can come together to share their journeys, seek advice, and find encouragement. Led by La Leche League Leaders, our supportive meetings create a welcoming space for mothers and their babies to connect while discussing essential topics such as the benefits of breastfeeding, preparing to bring baby home, overcoming common challenges, and nutrition and weaning. We understand the importance of community and are dedicated to providing vital nutrition education and peer support. Although in-person meetings are currently suspended due to the pandemic, we invite mothers to reach out for local virtual support and alternative meeting options to continue fostering connection and learning.
