In Union, MS, the Breastfeeding Support Group is dedicated to creating a welcoming and nurturing environment for expectant, new, and experienced mothers. Our gatherings are designed for meaningful mother-to-mother interaction, where participants can share personal experiences, receive encouragement, and explore valuable suggestions from La Leche League Leaders and fellow moms. Each meeting focuses on key topics including the benefits of breastfeeding, bringing baby home, overcoming challenges, and nutrition and weaning, ensuring that our community is well-equipped with knowledge and support. Though in-person meetings are currently suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we encourage mothers to reach out to local leaders for ongoing support and information about alternative meeting options.
