The Meal Support Program in Union, MS, is dedicated to providing compassionate, meal support for those facing the challenges of eating disorders. Specializing in outpatient care for individuals over the age of 16, our program offers free and accessible group meal sessions that are informed by the principles of eating disorder recovery. These supportive virtual drop-in meals occur four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, creating a welcoming atmosphere for participants to nourish themselves while receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners. Once registered, individuals are encouraged to join as many sessions as their schedules allow, ensuring they have the support they need on their journey to recovery. While we focus on meal support, we prioritize the emotional safety of our participants and recommend reaching out to crisis services if urgent help is needed.
