In Vancleave, MS, the Home Delivered Meals program is dedicated to providing nourishing, balanced meals to individuals who are unable to leave their homes without assistance. We prioritize those who are homebound and actively receiving case management services, ensuring that our most vulnerable community members receive the nutrition they need. To qualify for our home delivered meals, individuals must achieve a level II score of 22 or above on the Division of Aging & Adult Services screening instrument.
