MOVE! Weight Management Program in Vancleave, MS, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management options that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of support services including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home assistance, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-management of their weight. For Veterans facing more significant challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options after exploring initial interventions.
