The Meal Support Program in Water Valley, MS, provides a compassionate and supportive environment for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our free, accessible meal support sessions are designed to foster community and provide nutritional guidance through live, facilitated virtual group meals. Participants can join us four times daily, with options for both lunch and dinner, allowing them to attend as many sessions as fit their schedule. Each meal support group is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring participants receive knowledgeable assistance throughout their recovery journey. This program prioritizes creating a safe space for participants to consume nutrition alongside others who share similar experiences.
