Cancer Transitions is a supportive and evidence-based program located in West Point, MS, specifically designed for cancer survivors who have successfully completed their treatment. Although it is primarily aimed at individuals who finished their treatment within the last 24 months, our program offers valuable resources and benefits for survivors at any stage of their journey. Participants receive personalized nutritional support, customized exercise plans, education on emotional health, and assistance with medical management. We understand that survivorship is a continuous journey, and we are committed to empowering individuals with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive after cancer.
